Flexible Gate

Flexible Door Features:

1. Large usage area (800~1500 m²), strong wind resistance (up to 12 typhoons), excellent thermal insulation, high sealing, stable and reliable, easy to operate, and easy to maintain

2. The lifting mechanism of the flexible rising door is equipped with two hydraulic ram brakes and one height limiter, as well as upper and lower limit switches, ensuring the safe operation of the flexible door.

3. The lifting mechanism is driven by an induction-brake AC motor, which is connected to a cylindrical gear reducer to drive open gears. This setup powers a parallel shaft drum, used for winding and unwinding the lifting steel wire rope.

4. Hydraulic push rod brakes are installed on the shaft joint between the motor and the gear reducer, as well as on the other output shaft of the gear reducer's high-speed shaft. Any of the brakes can be operated to engage the brake, ensuring the safe and reliable lifting and lowering of the gate.

5. Utilizes eddy current braking to regulate the gate's lifting and lowering speed. A height limiter is installed on the reel shaft of the wire rope, limiting its upper and lower extreme positions. The lifting mechanism is equipped with several sets of pulley blocks.

6. The interior and exterior sides of the flexible lifting door are sealed with fabric (such as three-proof canvas or PVC fabric). The horizontal and bottom frames are constructed using truss structures made of rectangular steel tubes. Aluminum alloy materials can also be used for assembly.

7. The horizontal and bottom frames of the flexible swing gate are equipped with three-sided roller bearings at both ends, facilitating smooth up and down movement within the side tracks of the flexible gate. This reduces frictional resistance.

8. The flexible lifting gate is equipped with a safety brake that automatically engages during stops or in the event of a rope break, significantly enhancing the safety factor.

The wind pressure resistance of the flexible telescopic door is 50-60 kg/m².

9. Overall dimensions range from 5-40 meters in height and 8-140 meters in width, with a total weight of up to 0.5-20 tons. They are composed of 3-20 blocks, each measuring 1-2 meters in height, 5-60 meters in width, and 0.2-1.4 meters in thickness (with the thickness of PVC-coated polyester conveyor belts or glass fiber curtains being 1mm).
