The ZH-SC680A plastic pressure thermoforming machine integrates advanced international thermoforming technology, featuring a fully integrated mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic design. It is controlled by a microcomputer programmable logic controller (PLC) with a human-machine dialogue interface for operation. The machine employs a chain-driven sheet feeding system, tunnel heating, and uses a cam-type mold for upper and lower mold forming. It also includes a mold cutting blade, allowing for a one-step process of preheating, feeding, heating, stretching, forming, trimming, and stacking of plastic sheet materials.
