1. Prior to unfolding the membrane of the membrane structure canopy, lay temporary fabric on the platform to protect the membrane material from damage and ensure its cleanliness. Strictly unfold the membrane in the predetermined order. Before opening the packaging, verify the markings on the package, confirm the installation location, and unfold according to the marked direction, trying to minimize movement of the unfolded membrane within the site.
Before unfolding the membrane, install securely fastened battens first, with the spacing between battens not exceeding 2 meters. Adjust the center spacing of the battens based on the span size of the membrane structure, and tighten the bolts and nuts of the battens properly. For membranes that are installed by one-time hoisting, also tighten the bolts and nuts of the battens in one go.
3. Currently, the installation of cable membrane structures predominantly employs the multi-point overall lifting method. This involves modifying an already mature overall "lifting" technique to suit the construction process of this flexible structure. The process demands synchronization throughout. During the lifting, control the ascending speed and distance of each lifting point to ensure uniform force transmission across the membrane surface.
4. The membrane structure carport can also be assembled using the segmented hoisting method, dividing the membrane into several operational sections based on their plane positions. Each section of the membrane is then hoisted as a whole using multi-point lifting technology, ensuring complete assembly.
