Fermented Tank Steel-Lined Polyethylene Material: Made from polyethylene, this product utilizes rotational molding technology to form a seamless polyethylene lining on the steel body in a single piece. It is an excellent corrosion-resistant material. Combining the mechanical properties of steel tanks with the corrosion resistance, scale retardation, and low microbial growth of plastic tanks, it is an ideal storage solution for transporting acidic, alkaline, saline, and corrosive liquids.

Steel-lined polyethylene storage tanks can be designed in various shapes, subject to design specifications such as appropriate diameter-to-height ratios and ease of transportation. The steel plate thickness can also be determined based on the working pressure of the tank. Rotomolded storage tanks are not widely produced due to the difficulties in current technology, equipment, quality control, and the absence of unified standards. Therefore, customers should look for manufacturers with large production volume, ample experience, and good reputation. Full plastic storage tanks are mold products, with the tank's外形 dimensions and interface flanges relatively fixed, determined by the manufacturer's mold. To ensure product quality, it is generally stipulated that if interface flanges are to be added: submerged flanges should be molded flanges.(Proper placement)The liquid-on flange can be used with a welded flange. The wall thickness of the tank can be properly adjusted within a certain range.
