When the air outlet temperature of the finned tube is above or below the standard value, it should be checked and clarified whether the following conditions have been produced:
Imported exhaust gas temperatures have exceeded the allowable limit or dropped to an excessively low value.
2. Is the flow of high-temperature exhaust exceeding or insufficient?
3. Is there a lack or excess of flow at the low-temperature edge?
4. Is there any accumulation of dust on the finned tubes?
If the air or exhaust conditions are normal, or there is no accumulation of soot, any significant change in temperature or temperature power should prompt an inspection to determine whether the following conditions have arisen:
Are the finned tubes damaged?
Are there any cases of blocked finned tube exhaust pipes?
3. Are the sealing baffles for cold and hot fluids damaged, and has there been a mixing of the two fluids?
