Before use, flush the inlet and outlet pipes, as well as the pool, to remove debris within the tower and prevent pipeline blockages.
Ensure that all connecting bolts, particularly those for drive components (fans, motors, rotating sprinklers), are tightened individually.
The reducer oil level is normal; the belts of the belt reducer should be tensioned.
The blades rotate smoothly without any impact on the housing.
5. When the fan is operational, looking down from the top of the tower, it should rotate clockwise and draw air upwards.
If the cooling tower emits any unusual noises, the machine should be immediately shut down, inspected, and continue until the fault is resolved.
After the fan operates, open the water valve and adjust the pump flow rate, the water pressure into the tower, as well as the current, voltage, vibration, and noise levels should all be within the specified range.
8. When the sprayer does not rotate or water distribution is uneven, the machine should be shut down for inspection.
9. Recirculated water should be potable or clean water, free from oil and impurities, with a turbidity not exceeding 50 mg/l.
Cooling towers, as essential cooling equipment, should be managed by a designated person. Proper records of the cooling tower's inlet and outlet water temperatures, flow rates, and meteorological parameters should be maintained.
