A coding machine is a non-contact inkjet marking system controlled by a single-chip microcontroller. It applies pressure to the ink within the system by controlling an internal gear pump or by supplying compressed air from outside the machine, causing the ink to be ejected through a nozzle with a diameter of tens of micrometers. This ink is then selectively applied to various locations on the product surface, forming the desired text, patterns, and other markings.
