Adjustment of label box: The center line of the label box, the center axis of the label station, and the label paper are tangent. The center axis of the label board forms a straight line at three points. Adjust the label board to be tangent to the label paper (0 distance), then move the label box closer by 1mm to 2mm. The gap between the label paper and the label box should be between 0.8mm and 1mm. Too large a gap causes the label paper to shift within the box, resulting in skewed labels. Too small a gap causes poor feeding. Adjustment of the label hook position on the label box: If the top and bottom, left and right hooks are on the same vertical plane and evenly distribute force on the label paper, it can be easily picked up. Adjustment of the label supply roller: When there are no labels, the label plate can press against the front of the label box. When labels are present, the labels near the hook cannot be damaged.
