How to Maintain:

1. Clean the dust and debris from the machinery before ending the day.

2. Apply 2-3 drops of oil to the felt with a knife daily, and replace the felt weekly. 3. Clean the dust collector bag and box daily, and remove the waste from the workshop.

How to perform secure operations:

During operation and maintenance of the machine, avoid touching sharp blades and other parts of your body with your hands.

Do not clean or lubricate the moving parts of the machine while it is running.

When cleaning the skin flakes off the feeding roller, please stop the machine and use tweezers instead of cleaning with your hands directly.

During operation, if you hear unusual sounds or detect an odd odor, immediately shut down the machine and notify a technician for repair. If the machine malfunctions with an error code, the number "1" indicates the emergency switch has been pressed, "2" suggests the machine cover is not properly opened or closed, and "3" means there are fragments on the feeding roller. These three situations can be resolved on our own; other numbers will require a technician's intervention.

5. Do not clean dust and debris during maintenance, or the machine's quality guarantee will be void. Only use them to clear away the dust and debris behind the blade when changing the blade.

6. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to place scissors or any hard objects on the feeding platform or at any other position of the machine to prevent accidental insertion into the machine, which may cause damage to the equipment.
