A hoist basket is a high-altitude working mechanical device, where safety is of utmost importance during operation. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect and clean the hoist basket. Let's take a look at the hoist basket cleaning process below.
Before each use of the suspended basket, a thorough inspection must be conducted on the roof beams, ballast, steel wire ropes, safety ropes, and cables (this task is supervised by the on-site manager of the suspended basket manufacturer and the safety officer of the thermal insulation construction team). The operator of the suspended basket now checks the safety lock, safety ropes, and whether the safety rope is functioning properly, starts the machine for a trial run, and confirms there are no issues before beginning formal operations. In case of any abnormalities, operations must be immediately stopped, and the suspended basket manufacturer's maintenance worker should be contacted for repairs. All construction personnel must wear approved safety helmets, and the use of the suspended basket is strictly prohibited from overloading (load limit of 300 kg). All individuals using the suspended basket must be in good health, and it is strictly forbidden to work under the influence of alcohol.
Operators of the suspended basket must wear a qualified safety belt, which should be securely attached to the safety rope. Ensure the safety lock is in good condition. The safety belt must connect to the safety rope above the guardrail of the suspended basket. The safety lock should synchronize with the basket's upward movement at all times, and proper usage must be followed.
During the operation of the suspended basket, the main load-bearing rope and the safety rope must remain straight. The safety rope should not be bent above the safety lock of the suspended basket, ensuring that the rope end is 20-50 cm above the ground.
4. Ensure that wooden planks, debris, or waste on the suspended bucket are promptly cleaned up. Tools and materials should be neatly stacked to prevent falls. It is strictly prohibited to throw any materials from a height.
5. Suspended Platforms: After each shift, lower the suspended basket to its lowest point. Strictly prohibit entry and exit through windows from high elevations. Avoid swinging the suspended basket while in use, and temporarily reinforce it as necessary. Stop operations during windy weather.
6. Power Outage: In the event of a power outage or basket malfunction, workers should remain at their original location and await rescue. Be mindful of the cable lines during the lifting and lowering of the basket.
7. Equipment Malfunction: The suspended basket has experienced a malfunction and requires repair by authorized personnel only. Unauthorized individuals are strictly prohibited from disassembling or modifying it.
