In 2006, the company invested over 90 million yuan to introduce two sets of domestic 159mm and 219mm seamless steel tube hot rolling units, which have been successfully installed and tested. The company can produce various types of seamless steel tubes with diameters ranging from 16-406**2-80mm according to customer requirements. In 2007, six new cold rolling precision bright tube production lines were added, capable of producing cold rolled bright tubes with outer diameters from 12mm to 219mm, wall thicknesses from 1.5mm to 35mm, featuring smooth surfaces, even wall thicknesses, and high precision. Custom production of cold-formed steel tubes is available in sizes from 20mm x 20mm x 1mm to 500mm x 500mm x 25mm, including square, rectangular, and special-shaped tubes.

Our company can roll thick-walled steel pipes with specifications of 20#, 16Mn, and 42CrMo, suitable for engineering columns with sizes ranging from 325mm to 1800mm in diameter and 6mm to 100mm in wall thickness. To ensure product quality, our company is equipped with a laboratory that offers a comprehensive set of testing methods, including mechanical property testing, process performance testing, eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing, hydrostatic testing, and high-precision carbon-sulfur analysis.
