Under the leadership of the Project Chief Engineer, in accordance with the construction regulations and systems based on the project method, combining the characteristics of the project, and in accordance with the company's construction technology management regulations, practical and feasible technical management measures are formulated. Gather meteorological, topographical, hydrogeological conditions to provide necessary basis for compiling special construction plans and guiding construction. Promptly organize relevant personnel to familiarize themselves with design drawings, understand design intent and related details, clarify quality requirements, and verify issues and doubts on the drawings. Actively cooperate with the owner and design department to complete pre-construction design drawing briefing, aiming to resolve issues on the drawings as much as possible before the project starts.
