The materials department actively procures and supplies these, extensively investigates material sources, diversifies supply channels, organizes materials according to the usage plan, ensures the project's needs are met, and concurrently works with the testing department to maintain quality control of incoming raw materials.

Under the leadership of the Project Chief Engineer, in accordance with the construction regulations and systems based on the project method, combined with the characteristics of the project, and in accordance with the company's construction technology management regulations, practical and feasible technical management measures are formulated. These measures are to be implemented and supervised by the Project Chief Engineer. The main content is as follows:

Gather meteorological, topographical, hydrogeological conditions to provide necessary basis for compiling special construction plans and guiding construction. Promptly organize relevant personnel to familiarize themselves with design drawings, understand design intentions and related details, clarify quality requirements, and verify issues and doubts on the drawings. Actively cooperate with the owner and design department to complete design drawing briefing before construction, aiming to resolve drawing issues as much as possible before the project starts.
