Under the leadership of the Project Chief Engineer, in accordance with the construction regulations and rules based on the project method, combined with the characteristics of the project, and in accordance with the company's construction technology management regulations, practical and feasible technical management measures are formulated. The Project Chief Engineer is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of these measures. The main contents are as follows:

Gather meteorological, topographical, hydrogeological conditions to provide necessary basis for compiling special construction plans and guiding construction. Promptly organize personnel to familiarize themselves with design drawings, understand design intentions and related details, clarify quality requirements, and verify issues and doubts on the drawings. Actively cooperate with the owner and design department to complete design drawing briefing before construction, aiming to resolve issues on the drawings as much as possible before the project starts.
