The activity container house is lightweight, requires minimal wetland operations, has a short construction period, and boasts excellent thermal performance. The wall panels are made of polyfoam particle boards with good insulation and soundproofing properties, making it cost-effective. Given these advantages, it is gaining increasing recognition and is sure to become widely adopted in the market.
In the European, American, and Japanese markets, the scale of development and industry concentration have reached a considerable level. Currently, container housing in China is gaining recognition, thanks to its strength, energy efficiency, rapid construction, and quick installation. Many districts, real estate developers, tourist attractions, new rural construction projects, and individuals are now placing a high value on this highly advantageous product. Promoting container housing has become a major highlight in the field of new materials and construction in this century.
Activity container houses are a construction method where walls, roofs, and other components are pre-fabricated in a factory and then assembled according to design specifications. They feature a load-bearing structure primarily made of steel frames, allowing for quick assembly into complete houses. Their characteristics include a standardized, modular, and universal production process, making them easy to dismantle, store, and repeatedly reuse as temporary or long-term housing.
Activity container housing, as one of the more common temporary construction site buildings for living and working, not only takes into account the employees' needs but also saves energy and reduces project investment costs. What I want to discuss with you is what to pay attention to when installing these activity container houses on-site. Let's take a look together.
Prior to the crane operation for the container housing during the event, the natural environment around the work area must be cleaned up and kept tidy, and the raw materials at the construction site must be stacked neatly and in order.
2. Workers conducting crane operations for container housing must properly wear protective gear to prevent injuries caused by unforeseen incidents.
3. Prior to lifting, early acquisition of the net weight of the inhabited container to be lifted is essential. Additionally, plan and design for various potential lifting scenarios and prepare preventive measures.
4. Cranes must be parked on a hard, level surface, and surrounding fencing and warning signs must be set up to prevent accidents.
5. During the hoisting operations of the container houses for events, it's necessary to secure牵引带 (traction straps) that are appropriately sized in terms of both width and length. In the hoisting process, first gently lift the container off the ground, then slowly proceed with the hoisting. Throughout this entire process, pay close attention to checking the braking system of the lifting equipment.
6. After the hoisting of the activity container house, immediately remove and inspect the lifting equipment and staff on site. Quickly dismantle the fencing and warning signs, and prepare for the withdrawal process.
