1. To eliminate rust, it is necessary to remove surface rust, slag, and other paint from the steel formwork. When rust removal is performed on flat forms, it is generally sufficient to use an angle grinder with a wire brush, tailored to the specific conditions of the construction site. The goal is to remove surface rust only, ideally performing the process once. For severe rust, additional treatments may be necessary, but caution should be taken not to over-polish the surface, as this could affect the paint's lifespan on the formwork.

2. To remove oil from the surface of steel molds without oil, you need to clean off machine oil, salad oil, or other oil stains. For irregular molds, you can use our accompanying degreaser or opt for a strong detergent. The cleaning tools should be a stiff floor brush, available in both small and horizontal designs.

3. Prior to applying template paint, ensure the template is clean. Use a dry sponge to wipe off any surface dust. Then, clean the building template with turpentine and dry it with a cloth.
