Principles and Methods for Oxygen Concentration Adjustment

The oxygen sensor directly measures the concentration of the measured gas and the potential difference with standard air, which we call oxygen potential. Different probes have varying initial output potentials at the zero point (i.e., air measurement), and there may also be errors when the output potential is converted to oxygen concentration through the model. Therefore, calibrating and correcting the probe signal in the oxygen analyzer is a necessary task. Otherwise, there will be significant discrepancies between the displayed oxygen concentration and the actual oxygen concentration of the measured gas, which may not meet the needs of on-site production and could even mislead control and affect production.
