Oxygen probes utilize zirconia ceramic as the core sensitive element, measuring oxygen content in the target area under high-temperature conditions (typically ≥650℃) by utilizing the potential signal generated from the oxygen concentration difference between the inner and outer sides of zirconia. This measurement principle is based on the Nernst equation, which can calculate the corresponding relationship between the oxygen partial pressure of the measured gas and the oxygen electromotive force.
