German IPSEN Oxyprobe KB-100408-A, L=500mm, Usage and Maintenance:

1. During operation, the oxygen probe requires a continuous supply of clean reference air in the furnace, with a flow rate maintained at 1~2L/min.

The core component of the probe is a ceramic tube. When in use, it is advisable to avoid sudden changes in temperature and to prevent severe vibration and mechanical impacts. If it is necessary to pull out or insert the oxygen probe from or into the hot furnace, the speed should not exceed 600mm per minute.
