Furnace Coking Treatment is a special carburization process applied to the inner wall of the furnace, primarily used for the initial startup of new furnaces or after a long-term shutdown. The operation procedure is as follows: heat the empty furnace to no less than 760°C, then introduce a carrier gas (such as nitrogen) and gradually introduce enrichment gas (such as), to rapidly establish and maintain a strong carburization atmosphere in the furnace for several hours, promoting the formation of a dense carbon black protective layer on the surface of the refractory material.
