Electrical Connections: Located at the rear or side flange of the probe. Wires typically pass through the probe interior or hollow shaft, connecting to: the two ends of the heater (H+, H-), the two ends of the thermocouple (T+, T-), and the two ends of the measuring electrode (i.e., internal/external platinum electrodes, outputting millivolt signals +REF, -SIGNAL / MV OUT). Connector types are varied, including aviation connectors, junction boxes, and multi-core shielded cables directly connected to transmitters. High-temperature-resistant metals (such as Inconel) are used for the wire material, and ceramic insulating tubes are used for wire insulation.
