Carbon-rich gas control: The flow of enrichment gas is controlled to prevent the influx of large amounts of enrichment gas in a short period. The lifespan of the oxygen probe can vary greatly due to the conditions of the atmosphere and carbon potential. When more than 10% (up to a maximum of 15%) of渗碳 gas is introduced, unreacted CH4 is produced, and the platinum electrode of the probe acts as a catalyst, forming CO that adheres around ZrO2, leading to an increased measured CP value and a shallower product: Moreover, the consumption of the platinum electrode of the probe, along with the use of anti-carburizing agents, leads to a shorter lifespan of the oxygen probe. For the atmosphere, the flow rate is 3.0L/hr, with enrichment gas introduced at 10% (approximately 8.0L/min) and 15% (approximately 12.0L/min).
