Installation Method: Lay flat or vertically, with the terminal temperature below 100°C and the surrounding temperature below 50°C.

The oxygen probe has an outer diameter of 21mm and features a quick connection of 1-inch NPT.

Typically, a 11/2-inch (38mm) hole is drilled in the furnace body,焊接 a 11/2-inch pipe threaded connector, and use a 1-inch to 1-inch adapter for the oxygen probe. During installation, for safety, change the furnace atmosphere to nitrogen or install under charcoal-burning conditions. For horizontal installation, the oxygen probe should extend about 50~100mm from the wall, not exceeding 100mm to prevent bending damage. For vertical installation, it should be about 50mm above the effective heating area, and it is recommended to use spacer sleeves to secure the distance to prevent falling damage. Insertion speed: initially insert about 100mm at once, then insert at a rate of 1~2 inches per minute. If removing a suspected faulty oxygen probe during high temperatures, do not exceed 2 inches per minute. After removal, protect it with insulating material to prevent rapid cooling damage. Reference air: clean air flow rate, 0.2~2.0 SCFH (standard cubic feet per hour), or 100~1000ml/min. The reference air pressure should not exceed 2psi, and it should take about 10 minutes or more after connecting the air to properly measure. Note: do not reverse the connection of reference air and charcoal-burning air.
