If the above method still cannot identify the cause of the issue, we recommend carbonizing the probe. Carbonizing devices can be used for this operation. When the oxygen probe is in use on the furnace, the recommended air flow rate is 10-20 CFH, for a duration of 2 minutes, then observe the performance of the oxygen probe and the atmosphere controller (if possible, turn off the circulation fan during the carbonizing process).
