Oxygen Sensor Internal Resistance Check: For control instruments equipped with an internal resistance check function for oxygen sensors, a check should be performed when the gas is stable at 850~950°C. The check is executed through the control instrument. Normal range is below 0~25KQ. An abnormal internal resistance can lead to a low carbon potential in the oxygen sensor and an unusually high flow rate of enrichment gas.

Oxygen Sensor Damage Inspection: After the reference air stops for 1.5 to 2 minutes, read the oxygen sensor potential. The reading should not increase by more than 20mv when the reference air is reconnected, which is considered normal. Damaged oxygen sensors can cause the oxygen sensor to not rise properly and result in abnormal enrichment gas flow.
