Reference Air Flow Check: 100~1000ml/min; flow rate and pressure (not exceeding 2psi) must be stable with no leaks. The reference air should be clean; contamination, water, oil, or corrosive gases can damage the oxygen probe. Charcoal Air Flow Check: 5~10 L/min; no air leakage is allowed when the oxygen probe is not being charred; leakage will cause the oxygen probe's carbon potential to rise abnormally. Short the positive and negative terminals of the oxygen probe, hold for 5 seconds, then separate the poles, and observe for 1 minute; if the voltage recovers to within 10mv of the short-circuit value, it is normal; otherwise, perform oxygen probe carbonization.
