The oxygen potential and temperature potential signals transmitted are processed through the calculation of the furnace carbon potential based on the chemical equilibrium principle, compared with the user-set value, and then outputted by the intelligent PID control module. This controls the opening and closing of the actuator (solenoid valve) to regulate the flow of the enriching agent, achieving carbon potential control. This process shortens the production cycle, conserves energy, protects the environment, and enhances product quality.
