The safety protection mechanism includes multi-level protection:

Hardware-level: Built-in tubes and surge-sensitive resistors to prevent lightning surge damage to the control circuit

Software Level: Set the threshold for the rate of temperature change, triggering soft start protection when a thermistor is open-circuited or a heater is short-circuited.

System-level: TüV-certified temperature controller with Safe Torque Off (STO) function, compliant with EN 13849-1 safety standard
