Standard straight insertion oxygen probes have an effective length of 500~1000mm, which can reach up to 1500mm under special operating conditions. Therefore, such probes are difficult to maintain the traditional integral tubular structure and often use a high-difficulty connection between zirconia and alumina tubes.

Accept technical inquiries. The current solution involves welding them together to achieve sealing. Compared to sampling detection, the direct insertion probe comes into direct contact with the atmosphere, offering advantages such as high detection accuracy, fast response time, and low maintenance requirements.
