As the motor drives the gears to rotate, the melt enters the grooves between the teeth of the two gears in the suction cavity.

As the gears turn, the melt is drawn into the discharge cavity from both sides.

·The re-engagement of the gears causes the molten material in the gear slots to be extruded and discharged into the discharge cavity, eventually being pressed into the outlet pipeline.
