C炉关停步骤:

1. Ensure there is no material inside the furnace before performing the shutdown action.

2. Turn off the gas valve.

3. Turn off the switch.

4. Disconnect the main furnace heating power supply.

When the furnace temperature reaches 200°C, the conveying drive motor can be disconnected.

6. When the furnace temperature drops below 200°C, you can turn off the 1, 2, 3, and 4 number mixing fans.

7. Reduce the furnace temperature below 100℃ and then turn off the main cooling water valve.
