1. All bearings must be regularly maintained (at least apply grease every 14 days).

2. Transmission chains and sliding bearings require lubrication with oil every 14 days.

3. The reducer gears must be regularly changed with gear oil (replace every 4 months for the first use, and then annually thereafter).

4. The heating element and retaining tube should be flipped 180° every quarter, and the furnace temperature should be below 400°C.

5. The heater element should be cleaned every six months to remove oxides from within the protective tube and carbon black from outside the protective tube.

6. Quenching every year must be replaced once.

7. Conduct regular (monthly) inspections of all electrical connections and fixed screws.
