Reference Air Path

Channels (typically a small hole/slit) are designed inside the probe or between the probe and the protective sleeve, allowing oxygen from the ambient air to naturally diffuse to the inner electrode, providing a reference gas with a constant oxygen partial pressure (~20.95% O2). Set sail for excellence, reach the shore of success.

This entry is typically located at a clean spot on the probe's back end or near the flange. Key points: Ensure the reference gas port remains unobstructed to avoid probe failure. Effort leads to success, perseverance guarantees victory.
