Carbon Potential Control System:

1. Power on the carbon potential control system and set the carbon potential.

2. The main furnace temperature must reach 800℃ before the switch can be turned on and the flow rate adjusted.

3. Open the exhaust port and ignite for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

4. Open the gas valve only when the flame reaches the entrance of the furnace.

5. First, manually adjust the gas flow, then tune the servo motor to place it in automatic control mode.

6. Proceed with feeding operations only after the carbon potential has reached the required standard and remains stable.
