One, Core Structure of Zirconia Probes

The zirconia probe is mainly composed of several key components: oxygen potential agent, oxygen ion conductor membrane, electrolyte, conductive temperature element, and shell structure. Among them, the oxygen ion conductor membrane is the core component of the probe, whose performance directly determines the probe's measurement accuracy and response speed.

Oxygen Ion Conductor Membrane: Typically made from zirconia as the main material, with yttrium and gadolinium as rare earth element dopants. This membrane boasts excellent oxygen ion conduction properties, effectively converting ambient oxygen into oxygen ions at high temperatures and transporting them to the electrode surface through interstitials within the membrane, thereby enabling the measurement of oxygen concentration.
