  Wear-resistant Zirconia Oxygen探头Operating Principle

Using high-temperature zirconia as the solid dielectric, an oxygen concentration cell is formed when the oxygen concentrations on either side of the dielectric are different at high temperatures. The potential generated by the concentration cell is related to the oxygen concentrations on both sides. If one side has a fixed oxygen concentration, the oxygen content on the other side can be measured by measuring the concentration potential. An oxygen potential is generated on either side of the zirconia by the oxygen P1O1 outside the furnace and the oxygen P2O2 inside the furnace. According to the Nernst equation at the temperature of the measured atmosphere: E = 1/NF·RT·Ln(P1O1/P2O2) (mv). Nothing comes easily.
