Utilizing industrial-grade high-performance microprocessors, it integrates open-loop voltage regulation, closed-loop constant voltage, and constant current control methods into one unit, controlling thyristors to achieve constant voltage current limiting or constant current voltage limiting. Function parameters are set through button operation, with fault alarms and interface parameters displayed on an LED digital tube, and set parameters are automatically saved. The control board features automatic power frequency identification, soft start-up, gentle shutdown, constant current output, constant voltage output, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and working status indication. It has single-phase full-bridge rectification and AC triggering capabilities, capable of triggering thyristors up to 1000A, suitable for various load types such as resistive, inductive, capacitive loads, and transformer primary sides in various industrial fields. It is widely used in equipment such as electroplating, charging and discharging, single-phase thyristor power supplies, electric heating temperature control, etc. It has open-loop or multiple closed-loop control forms, multiple setpoint control signal options, input signal control methods directly through the control board's buttons or external industrial standard input signals, supporting 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, 0-10mA, 4-20mA automatic control modes, and can also be manually controlled with a potentiometer, offering flexibility and convenience. All parameters are digital, with no temperature drift, improving adjustment accuracy and power utilization efficiency, reducing power pollution, and featuring high voltage regulation accuracy and reliable stability. It has strong anti-interference capabilities, employing unique anti-interference measures, ensuring normal operation in harsh interference environments.
