详情描述

Joint Venture Oxygen Sensors come in lengths of 600, 800, 1000, 1200, and 2000mm, with diameters of 22 and 25mm available for more versatile selection. The product features a standardized threaded interface design for compatibility with a range of industrial pipe specifications from DN15 to DN50. The zirconia tube body is produced using gradient dense sintering technology, with internal and external electrodes plated with platinum and antioxidant alloy layers, expanding the operating temperature range to -40℃ to 850℃. Special variants, such as flange-mounted and plug-in quick connection types, are offered for specific working conditions, along with IP67 protected enclosures and ATEX explosion-proof certified versions to meet long-term stable measurement requirements in harsh environments like chemical and metallurgical industries. The oxygen probe utilizes zirconia ceramic as the sensitive element, measuring the oxygen content of the measured area by the oxygen electrochemical potential generated by different oxygen concentrations on the inner and outer sides of the zirconia at high temperatures (typically above 650℃). This measurement method, based on the Nernst equation, can accurately calculate the relationship between the oxygen partial pressure and the oxygen electrochemical potential of the measured gas. In the heat treatment process, the oxygen probe has a wide range of applications, including various metal heat treatment furnaces, vacuum furnaces, laboratory furnaces, material annealing furnaces, ceramic kilns, etc. It is not only suitable for carburizing furnaces but also for other industrial heating devices requiring atmosphere control, such as metallurgy, power, cement industries, and more.
