Usage
Firstly, an illuminating machine frame should be installed between the unrolling and winding devices, equipped with mirror rollers. The frame of the mirror roller's incoming fabric direction features guide and spread rollers, while the frame of the outgoing fabric direction on the illuminating machine frame has a cooling roller. One or two pressure rollers are mounted on the illuminating machine frame to match with the mirror smoothing roller. Surrounding the pressure rollers are support rollers and a deviation correction device. A felt ring is wrapped around the pressure roller, and pressure adjustment mechanisms are installed at both ends of the pressure roller.
This light device is primarily used for surface burnishing of artificial leather, enhancing the grade of the finished leather surface, increasing its luster and brightness. It can also create a glossy effect on raised patterns of the leather surface and a non-glossy effect on grooves. By using a large-diameter ultra-smooth heating roller and a pressure roller with heat-resistant felt, artificial leather is bonded to the mirror roller. The surface effect of the artificial leather is adjusted by regulating the pressure, temperature, and ironing time on the artificial leather.
