Heating SystemUtilizing far-infrared heating technology, it boasts high radiant effect and faster heating speeds. The heating tube distribution is rationalized, ensuring the system operates independently without affecting the control circuitry. Both temperature control and power are calculated by the computer, automatically adjusting the heating output power based on the internal temperature to meet precise power demands. Temperature Control SystemUtilizing a microcomputer digital display intelligent temperature controller with PID adjustment, featuring a digital timer relay, high accuracy, and clear visibility. When paired with solid-state relays, it offers continuous adjustment capabilities. Once the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the controller's output signal to regulate the temperature, ensuring it only finely fluctuates within the PID temperature range for precise constant temperature operation. The circuit is equipped with an over-temperature protector, which immediately cuts off the control power in case of仪表 failure or operational errors leading to temperature exceeding the set value, ensuring the safety of the products inside. The over-temperature protector can be adjusted within the approved range.

Installation Site:The ground is level, well-ventilated, with no severe vibrations around the equipment, no safety hazards, no strong magnetic fields nearby, no direct sunlight or other heat sources, no high concentration of dust, and no corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials. Adequate space for use and maintenance must be left around the equipment.
