Blower System - Optimized air duct design with high-temperature-resistant blower motor and centrifugal blades, featuring strong turbine-style air circulation to avoid dead corners. This ensures more even hot air distribution within the chamber, leading to greater energy efficiency and quieter operation. It provides a better operating environment with wind speed and pressure meeting test standards and complying with domestic environmental protection requirements. Heating System - Utilizes far-infrared heating method with high radiation effect, faster heating speed, and reasonably distributed heating tubes. The system is completely independent, without affecting the control circuit. Both temperature control and power are calculated by the computer. It automatically adjusts the heating output power based on the internal temperature, to meet high-precision power requirements, and is more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
Temperature Control System - Equipped with a microcomputer digital display intelligent temperature controller with PID adjustment, digital timer relay, high accuracy, and clear visibility. It works in conjunction with solid-state relays for continuous adjustment capabilities. Once the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the output signal from the temperature controller to control the temperature, allowing only fine fluctuations within the PID temperature range for precise constant temperature operation. The system improves the accuracy of the internal temperature. The circuit is equipped with an over-temperature protector, which immediately cuts off the control power in case of instrument failure or operation error leading to temperature exceeding the set value, ensuring the safety of the products inside. The over-temperature protector can be adjusted within the approved range.

Installation Site:The ground is level, well-ventilated, free from strong vibrations around the equipment, with no safety hazards, no strong magnetic fields nearby, no direct sunlight or other heat sources radiating directly, no high concentration of dust, and no corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials. Adequate space for usage and maintenance should be left around the equipment.
