Blast System - Optimized air duct design with high-temperature-resistant fan motors and centrifugal blades, featuring strong turbo-style air circulation to avoid dead spots. This ensures more even heat distribution inside the chamber, greater energy efficiency, and quieter operation. It provides an excellent operating environment, with wind speed and pressure meeting testing standards and environmental protection requirements. Some components offer high reliability and compatibility, with easy installation, maintenance, and repair.
Heating System – Utilizes far-infrared heating method with high radiant effect, faster heating speed, and rational distribution of heating pipes. The system operates completely independently without affecting the control circuit. Both temperature control and power are calculated by the computer, automatically adjusting the heating output power based on the internal temperature to meet precise electrical demands, and is more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
Temperature Control System - Equipped with a microcomputer digital display intelligent temperature controller with PID adjustment, digital timer relay, high accuracy, clear and easy to read, it works in conjunction with solid-state relays for continuous adjustment. Once the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the output signal from the temperature controller to regulate the temperature, which can only finely fluctuate within the PID temperature range for constant temperature operation, improving the accuracy of the internal temperature. The circuit is equipped with an over-temperature protector, which immediately cuts off the control power in case of instrument failure or operation error leading to temperature exceeding the set value, ensuring the safety of the products inside. The over-temperature protector can be adjusted within the approved range.
Insulation Effectiveness - Excellent thermal insulation technology, significant sealing performance, the exterior of the box largely maintains the normal indoor temperature, with minimal impact on the ambient temperature.

Installation Site:The ground is level, well-ventilated, with no severe vibrations around the equipment, no safety hazards, no strong magnetic fields nearby, no direct sunlight or other heat sources radiating directly, no high concentration of dust, and no corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials. Adequate space for usage and maintenance must be left around the equipment.
