Product Description: •Working Principle: During the initial operation of the pressure-regulated water-adding unit, the water-adding pump is first activated to fill the water chamber in the system and the air pressure tank. Once the system is full, the excess water is squeezed into the bladder. As the water volume increases, the volume of the water chamber expands, compressing the air chamber, and the pressure inside the tank continues to rise. When the pressure reaches the designed pressure, the water-adding pump is shut off via the pressure controller. When the water expands in the system, increasing the pressure beyond the design pressure, the excess water is discharged through a safety valve to the water-adding tank for recirculation. When the water volume in the system decreases due to leakage or temperature drop, the system pressure drops, and the water in the bladder is continuously pressed into the pipeline to compensate for the pressure loss in the system. When the system pressure drops to the lowest pressure allowed by design, the water-adding pump is restarted by the pressure controller to replenish water in the pipeline and air pressure tank, repeating the cycle. •Product Features The tank contains a rubber bladder, ensuring water and air do not come into contact, thereby guaranteeing water quality remains uncontaminated and the tank is not corroded. Gas and water isolation, excellent sealing performance, one-time inflation for long-term use. Features include voltage stabilization, continuous water replenishment, expansion, and automatic pressure relief. The system operates automatically, is easy to use, and reliable in performance. Small footprint, flexible configuration, complete unit factory-fitted, quick assembly, easy operation and maintenance. High-level water tanks and towers for replacing life, fire, heating, and air conditioning systems.
