With the advancement of society and technology, the use of cleanroom facilities in electronic manufacturing plants has become increasingly common. To ensure a clean, hygienic production environment, reduce, or eliminate product contamination, and enhance product quality, the standards for the decoration of cleanroom facilities in electronic manufacturing plants have also been rising. So, what are the decoration requirements for cleanroom facilities in Wuhan's electronic purification engineering?

The ground in the cleanroom of our electronic factory is made of an epoxy self-leveling floor, which is solvent-free, odorless, and tasteless, featuring seamless joints, self-leveling, seamless connections, resistance to oils, acids, alkalis, and salt chemicals. The floor is smooth, gapless, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and anti-static, making it easy to clean.

2. The walls of the electronic factory should be smooth, even, and non-dust generating, with corrosion resistance, harmonious coloration, and easy identification of pollutants. The interior wall paint should be made from materials that are mold-resistant, static-free, prevent glare, and can withstand cleaning and disinfection. The junction between the walls and the floor should be treated with a professional curved design to minimize dust accumulation and facilitate cleaning.

3. The electronic factory should have windows and doors that are flush with the interior walls, without window sills, and should ensure airtight and moisture-proof sealing to prevent pollutants from seeping in from the outside. The windows and doors should be made of materials that are highly weather-resistant, have minimal natural deformation, small manufacturing tolerances, good airtightness, simple design, easy to keep clean, and not prone to accumulating dust.

4. The ceiling steel sandwich panels feature lightweight, high overall strength, good integrity, and minimal thermal insulation and dust emission. These panels are fixed to the structural main body for ceilings and should not be mixed with equipment or pipeline supports.

5. During the renovation of the electronic factory, strict control must be exercised over the fire resistance ratings of buildings and materials. When designing the electronic purification workshop, the fire resistance of the building components should be matched with the factory's fire resistance rating. Efforts should be made to minimize the use of low-grade synthetic materials to avoid the production of large amounts of smoke in the event of a fire, which is不利于 personnel evacuation.

6. The production process should strive to minimize or avoid the use of flammable, explosive, and hazardous chemicals to prevent any impact on the safety of the cleanroom environment in the electronic factory.
