During the renovation of our cleanroom, the selection of materials is crucial, and we must pay close attention to this aspect. Below are the material selection considerations for our Hubei cleanroom, for your reference!

1. The surface of the construction materials must possess a certain level of chemical resistance. In the purification process of clean room projects, air purification for various levels of air cleanliness should utilize three-stage filtration with primary, medium, and high-efficiency air filters. For dust-free workshops, there are numerous common methods for humidifying the air conditioning system, including spray, wet film, high-pressure mist ultrasonic, etc., all of which are isenthalpic humidification processes.

The moisture content of the wood used in the purification workshop should not exceed 16% and should not be used externally. Due to the high air exchange rate and low relative humidity in the purification workshop, excessive use of wood can lead to cracking, warping, loosening, and dust generation. Therefore, wood should be used locally if necessary, and it is crucial to ensure proper anti-corrosion and moisture-proof treatment.

3. Long-lasting ceramic tiles (raw material: non-metallic minerals) do not crack, deform, or absorb stains over time after installation. You can determine this with a simple method: drop ink on the back of the product and observe if the ink spreads automatically. Generally, the slower the ink spreads, the lower the water absorption rate, indicating higher inherent quality and better durability of the product; conversely, the product has lower durability. The anti-slip property of anti-slip ceramic tiles is very important. It is advisable to use tiles with anti-slip features in areas such as bathrooms and kitchens where bathing occurs.

4. Anti-Bacterial Wall Plastics: Once used in a few clean rooms, anti-bacterial wall plastics are primarily employed in auxiliary spaces and lower-grade clean corridors. These plastics are mainly installed through wall adhesive methods, with joints sealed in a tight-fitting manner, similar to wallpaper installation.

5. Decorative Plywood: Also known as paneling, decorative plywood is a thin veneer of wood, approximately 0.2mm thick, cut from solid wood boards. It is made by bonding this veneer to a substrate, typically plywood, to create a decorative material with a single-sided decorative function. This is a unique form of plywood, with a thickness of 3 centimeters.
