LPG2000 Basic Chromium Sulfate Centrifugal Spray Dryer

Basis for the flow type of centrifugal spray dryer
One, Convection Dryer
In the countercurrent dryer, the spray enters the dryer and is exposed to hot air in the same direction. The evaporation is rapid, and the temperature of the drying air is quickly reduced due to the rapid evaporation of water. The product is not subject to thermal degradation because once the moisture content reaches the target level, the particle temperature does not significantly increase as the surrounding air is now cooler. Dairy products and other heat-sensitive food products dry well in a countercurrent dryer.
Two, Countercurrent Dryer
The spray dryer's design introduces喷雾 and air at both ends of the dryer, with the air entering from the top and bottom via the spray nozzles. The countercurrent dryer offers rapid evaporation and a high energy efficiency ratio compared to current designs. However, due to the dried particles coming into contact with hot air, this design is not suitable for heat-sensitive products. Countercurrent dryers typically use nozzle atomization, with the spray targeting the air movement. Soap and detergents are commonly dried in countercurrent dryers.
Three. Mixed-flow dryer
This type of dryer combines both co-current and countercurrent flow. The air enters the mixed flow dryer through nozzles at the top and bottom. Like the countercurrent design, the mixed flow dryer utilizes the hot air from the dried particles, therefore, this design is not suitable for heat-sensitive products.
