The corn starch horizontal pressure spray dryer can adjust the pressure, flow rate, and nozzle size according to process requirements, producing spherical particles of the desired size ratio. The working process involves the liquid feed being pressurized by a diaphragm pump and then sprayed into mist droplets. These droplets are then co-currently descended with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected at the discharge outlet at the bottom of the tower. The waste gas and fine powder are separated by a cyclone separator, with the waste gas exhausted by a fan and the powder collected by a powder feeding tube located at the bottom of the separator. A secondary dust removal device can also be equipped at the fan outlet, achieving a recovery rate of over 96-98%.
