This supply pump is a new type of crankshaft pressure plunger diaphragm pump with adjustable flow rate.
Utilizing a variable frequency motor combined with a planetary pinion reducer for transmission, the crankshaft drives the plunger rod to perform continuous reciprocating motion. The pump body features a twin-cylinder symmetrical balanced structure.
Significant improvements to pump wearing parts: Diaphragms are made of oil and temperature-resistant rubber, doubling the service life; valve seats are made of polyurethane stainless steel composite material; plunger seals are nylon composite rubber, with the plunger being precision-machined; valve balls are made of stainless steel, greatly enhancing the life of the feeding pump.
