XZG Series Rotary Flash Dryer

This series of equipment is a new type of dryer with high thermal efficiency and a wide range of applications, developed and designed based on the integration of fluidized bed, thermal crushing, cyclone, and classification technologies.
Heated (or dehumidified) air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at an appropriate spray velocity, exerting strong shearing, blowing, and rotating forces on the material. This causes the material to be micronized through centrifugal force, shearing, collision, and friction, resulting in a larger specific surface area and enhancing mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the drying chamber, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically broken down by the agitator. The particles with low moisture content and smaller particle size are carried upwards by the rotating air stream, further dried during the ascent, and then separated. The conical structure of the dryer, the impact of the air flow on the chamber walls, and the design of the agitator determine its ability to handle materials of certain viscosity. This equipment has high drying intensity and short drying time, with a large relative velocity between the material and air, and the hot air does not come into direct contact with the dried material, making it suitable for processing heat-sensitive materials. It is widely used in industries such as stearates, kaolin, molecular sieves, dolomitic iron, aluminum carbonate, pesticides, and catalysts.
