1.2LX-163 Control Instrument Technical Features: Mainboard with ARM 32-bit CPU, fast processing speed, good electromagnetic compatibility, and strong radiation interference resistance. CPU and ports are fully isolated, with strong static and conduction interference resistance. Instrument port layout and opening sizes are downward compatible for easy replacement and upgrade. Utilizes large dot matrix LCD display technology, 192x64 dot matrix: flexible touch membrane keyboard with large key area and comfortable feel. More comprehensive communication protocols, compatible with computer software for remote calibration, and operates independently of conventional keyboard operations.

Five-channel programmable switch input: Used for start-up operation, batch operation input, alarm reset, and manual addition. The analog input is programmable, and the "Start input for each input using the port" setting is set through parameters B06, Q01-04, and can be directly switched by pressing [3] in the function menu. At the factory, input ports are defined as DI1=Alarm Reset, DI2=Manual Addition, DI3=Start, DI4=Start Batch.

1.3.4 Output Interface
Dual-channel programmable 4-20mA analog output: 0-500 Ohms: Set by the contestant via E1/E04/EO7.
Two-way digital fieldbus: One channel is an RS-485 standard communication interface, and the other is an RS-232 standard communication interface. Seven programmable switch quantity (relay) outputs. Relay rated: 5A 250VAC. Switch quantity outputs can be used for fault alarms, feeding control, unloading control, flow upper limit, flow lower limit, bin weight lower limit, bin weight limit, batch operation, control of deviation, operating status, and batch completion. The switch quantity outputs can be defined, and the ports used for each output function can be set through parameters R01-R17. The factory default output definitions are as follows: D01 = Bin weight lower limit, DO2 = Bin weight upper limit, D03 = Fault alarm, DO4 = Operating status, D05 = Batch completion, D06 = Feeding start, DO7 = Unloading start. Pulse count output with a maximum frequency of 10Hz.
Note: Pulsed output is fixed as a remote cumulative display.

The operating temperature range of the LX-163 control gauge is -20°C to 55°C, with humidity ranging from 10% to 95% non-condensing.
